All our dishes are made using only the freshest and highest quality ingredients. Our pizzas are made using Petra 3 flour, extra virgin oil and finished with San Marzano tomatoes.
Petra 3 is a stone-ground flour which retains the natural element of the wheat husk therefore being higher in fibre and easier to digest. Our Pizzas are naturally risen for 48 hours. 100% Handmade, stretched and cooked the neapolitan way in our woodfire pizza oven.
